	Company Profile We are a small personal real estate company specializing in the Washington DC and surrounding Metro area. We live and work in our communities. Graduates of the Real Estate Institute, we are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and Certified Buyer Representatives (CBR). We are members of PGCAR - Prince Georges County Association of Realtors, GCAAR - Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, WDCAR - Washington DC Association of Realtors, NAR - National Association of Realtors, and MAR - Maryland Association of Realtors. Our customers say we really listen to what they say, we always follow through and we keep them advised and informed. At settlement, they do not shake our hand - they hug us! John Gerretty and Audrey Bragg both hold brokers licenses. With us, you deal directly with the broker and not just an agent. We started our comapany in May of 1991, and we pride ourselves on our personal small town service.
